Could not have gotten a better realtor than Kristi. I had no less than 3 other realtors in the area quote me very low prices on my home, but Kristi was dead on the money with her price, we sold for right about what we expected. Kristi and her office was always available, very knowledgeable about the market and the seasons (we hit in the off season but she still busted her butt to get it sold). My only regret is that we don't have more houses in Kristi's area to sell!
